Episode 27 – Thanksgiving Crossover Special

DJCH COV 750

This week, the Comedy on Vinyl podcast and the Dan and Jay’s Comedy Hour podcast cross paths.  Right in the middle of wrapping up their latest sketch comedy album Ho, Christmas Tree!, an increasingly drunk Jay (Jason to you vinyl folks) and Dan discuss the creation of this, the SMALLEST COMEDY ALBUM IN HISTORY.  At 1.7cm square, the album comes packaged on a MicroSD card packed with the album and audio and video extras.

It’s also a FREE download, available at ho.stolendress.com, with CDs available shortly thereafter.   It’s a sketch album, naturally, featuring the talents of James Urbaniak, Philip Proctor of The Firesign Theatre, Jeremy Guskin, Allen Rueckert and a number of other wonderful talents.

Episode 25 – To The Boothmobile

DJCH_025Dan and Jay celebrate All Hallows’ Eve by dressing up and talking about their first big trip together, to the wilds of Cooperstown, NY.  Why, you ask?  Because they recorded a little of everything that happened that day, and then transcribed it.  Also, Dan talks about his youthful indiscretions RE: food money.
